Suffolk County Council have an established and successful apprenticeship scheme, come and be part of it.
Working in the Blue Badge team, you will support the team with a number of important administrative tasks to ensure that applications for a Blue Badge parking permit are processed correctly. You will also be answering customer enquiries at first point of contact by telephone and email, providing a prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service.
You will thrive in a busy and target driven environment. You will be passionate about getting it right first time and putting the customer at the heart of everything that you do.
The apprenticeship includes a fully funded and supported Level 3 Business Support qualification.
You will have:
- the desire to gain valuable work-based skills and experience
- the determination to succeed in your qualification and in the workplace
- the attitude to help you become the best that you can be
- excellent communication and IT skills.
Customer service or contact centre experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
The Blue Badge Team operates from 9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday - Friday.
