Mainly based at our Customer Access Point in Stowmarket (Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm), although you may be required to work at other locations across our districts on a rotational basis.
We are looking for committed, flexible and proactive team players with a positive outlook to join our team providing frontline customer service to our residents.
Our team members provide excellent customer service via various communication methods, with the majority being a high volume of telephone enquiries. Officers are customer focused, organised and able to work accurately whilst applying processes. They ensure our customers’ details are dealt with in a confidential and secure way.
You will have these qualities, together with the ability to understand situations and develop solutions to problems using your own initiative.
