We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Services team. This apprenticeship opportunity could be your ideal first step on the career ladder in the Customer Services field.

Working closely with a highly skilled and committed team of professionals, your role will be to offer a first class customer experience. This role will involve resolving queries and advising customers on a wide range of the councils’ services via a variety of channels, including face-to-face, on the telephone, email and on social media.

You will also be responsible for assisting customers with using online services and processing electronic customer payments.

You will have a minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English and mathematics, with excellent written and verbal communication and IT skills and high standards of accuracy. No experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
