Paradigm Trust is looking to appoint an Estates Manager into our Central Services team.   

This is a trust-wide appointment and whether based in London or Ipswich, you will need to be flexible and travel between the two locations, with the requirement to support the trust’s out of hours projects; emergencies and board meetings.

You will be working closely with the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Principals, Chief Finance Officer and Head of Procurement.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hard-working and experienced individual to work with the trust to maintain its estates to a high standard. This will be a demanding, varied and highly challenging role that will provide an excellent career opportunity for an exceptional individual. 

You will need to have experience of premises and/or estates management within a multi-site educational organisation, managing compliance and project management. As an experienced premises or estates management professional, you will be expected to manage a demanding and varied workload. You will also need to demonstrate great interpersonal communication skills and a high degree of flexibility, creativity and professionalism.
