The Councils Planning & Coastal Management team are there to ensure that we are delivering services in a high quality and cost effective way. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Planning Services Support Officer to join a busy team providing administrative support for Building Control and Planning applications.
You should have administrative experience, including use of computers, Microsoft Office programs and email, filing systems, photocopying, scanning, printing, and microfiche. Previous experience in Planning and/or Building Control support would be an asset. Good customer service skills, either face to face or by telephone are essential.
We are looking for someone who is well-organised, self-motivated and flexible with the ability to multi-task, You should be enthusiastic, forward-thinking and a good team player.
