We have an established and successful apprenticeship scheme, and this is your opportunity to be a part of it.
You will thrive in a busy and target driven contact centre environment and will be passionate about getting it right first time, putting the customer at the heart of everything that you do.
You will be answering customer enquiries at first point of contact by telephone, email, web chat and social media for a variety of council services. You will provide all customers with a prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service.
The apprenticeship includes a fully funded and supported Level 2 Customer Service qualification.
You will have:
- the desire to gain valuable work based skills and experience
- the determination to succeed in your qualification and in the workplace
- the attitude to help you become the best that you can be
- excellent communication and IT skills
- customer service or contact centre experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
The contact centre is open from 8.30am – 5.30pm, Monday - Friday and there are a variety of shifts to cover the opening hours.
