OneLife Suffolk are commissioned by Suffolk County Council to deliver the Integrated Healthy Lifestyle Service across the county.

We work every day to help people make healthy behaviour changes in an accessible, friendly and fun way. We know that one size does not always fit all, and that is why we have developed our own psychologically informed services to encourage our clients to make healthy choices that we are confident they can maintain.

We are non-judgemental and take pride in all our services which include Stop Smoking Clinics, weight management for adults and children, encouraging increased levels of physical activity, taking health walks and offering NHS Health Checks.

Due to the expansion of OneLife Suffolk, we need to recruit to a number of new posts so that we can continue delivering amazing services to Suffolk residents - after all, we are here to serve our local community.

We are looking to appoint a Strategic Service Delivery Manager to join the team at this exciting time.

This is a senior role within the organisation, and you will need to be able to 'get things done'. As Strategic Service Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for all outcomes delivered by the healthy lifestyle services and will need to ensure that our teams are delivering services at volume to meets the requirements of our contract.

You will have an eye for detail and be able to manage multiple services at the same time, all whilst ensuring that your teams are supported to deliver first-class services.

As such, you will need to work closely with your team of service managers to identify priorities for delivery and be able to produce flex within the system to ensure that everything gets done and gets done well. Our clients deserve the best.

You will report directly to the Head of OneLife Suffolk and be supported by a small team of peers who jointly ensure that our clients have an amazing, safe and fulfilling experience as they undertake their journey through our service.

If you are looking for a new challenge in a strategic role and are passionate about the health of your local community - and can fulfil the requirements of the Job Description and Person Specification - it would be great if you applied.
