The ambition of Unity Schools Partnership is to achieve a step change in the quality of education provided by primary, secondary and special schools. The trust's ambition is that its schools are achieving top quartile performance by 2023. The trust is looking for a Deputy Chief Executive to lead secondary school improvement across the current 7 secondary schools serving 6,000 students. There is interest from further schools to join.
This new post comes at an important point in the development of the trust and is an exciting opportunity for an excellent leader to work locally, regionally and nationally.
Serious leadership experience and a knowledge and understanding of outstanding secondary practice are essential.
