Lighthouse Women's Aid is a charitable organisation based in Suffolk. Our mission is to support and empower women and children affected by domestic abuse or violence.

Working from our busy Women's Centre in Ipswich; you will be responsible for helping develop our work in the community, supporting women and young people affected by Domestic Abuse.

The role will involve identifying women and young people that are currently underrepresented in accessing our Women's Centre and removing any barriers. Strong multi agency working is key to the success of this role, as well as the ability to be able to link in the work of the Women's Centre with other organisations.

You will also have strong empathy and understanding of those affected by Domestic Abuse and be able to work proactively in supporting them. Part of the role will also include helping current team members develop further the roll out of healthy relationship programmes for teenagers.

Knowledge and experience of everyday IT programs, spreadsheets and databases is essential.
