Pre-school Manager

• From £22,880 (negotiable).
• 40 hpw, 44 weeks a year.

We are looking for an experienced Early Years Practitioner who is highly motivated and passionate to help develop and run our small village preschool that also caters for babies and 2-year olds.

You will:

• need to be at least level 3 qualified with experience of a senior role
• be responsible for the day to day running of the setting
• be able to inspire, lead, and motivate an established team
• be confident, flexible and have experience of leadership
• be responsible for ensuring the legal and curriculum requirements are met in line with our policies and procedures.
