A unique opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our Communications and Marketing team. Your role will be to support our small and friendly Communications and Marketing team in delivering engaging content for a variety of audiences across all communication channels, but with a specific focus on social media. You will also learn about the full Communications and marketing ‘mix’ and be expected to fulfil administrative tasks.

Although your role will sit within the Communications & Marketing Team; you will be part of a wider service area (Customer Services, Communications and Marketing), whose focus is on responding to customer enquiries promptly and pro-actively improving the customer experience.

Our ideal candidate will have experience of using social media and a passion for creative technology. You will also have a confident, professional, and friendly approach, being self-motivated and creative. Excellent accuracy and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grades 4 -9/Grade C and above (or equivalent) including English and Maths. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.
