One year apprenticeship training contract.
Working closely within a friendly team, your role will be to provide administrative support for the award winning Warm Homes Healthy People service. The service provides advice and support to the public, particularly those struggling to heat their homes.
Duties will include responding to telephone and email enquiries, data entry, filing and basic administration. Strong communication skills are essential. You will be a key player in helping to deliver a project to help households who have no central heating system to get one installed.
You will be responsible for using IT systems to record and process all paperwork so you will need excellent IT skills, particularly Word and Excel. We are looking for someone with an eye for detail as you will also be checking financial information and determining the award of small grants according to set criteria.
You will have a minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent) and high standards of numeracy and accuracy. No experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
