We currently have an exciting opportunity for an administration apprentice to join the Tenant Services Team. This apprenticeship opportunity could be your ideal first step on the career ladder in the Housing field.

The Tenant Services Team is responsible for providing the delivery of rental income, rental maximisation and the efficient letting of properties.

As part of your role, you would be responsible a variety of administrative tasks to support the Rent Arrears Officers. This would include taking payments, answering the telephone, providing support on electronic system updates and scanning documents.

We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic individual with excellent communication, organisational and IT skills, who is educated to GCSE level or equivalent with high standards of numeracy and accuracy. No experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
