The Housing Needs Team currently has an exciting opportunity for two apprentices to join their team. This apprenticeship opportunity could be your ideal first step on the career ladder in the Housing field.
We have one position primarily based in Lowestoft and one position in Melton. Please state your preference on your application form. Travel will be required between the sites on occasion.
The Housing Needs team is responsible for providing the delivery of housing related services for people in housing need. They are involved with the whole spectrum of housing needs which includes homelessness / housing advice and administering the Housing Waiting List.
As part of your role, you would provide administrative and customer service support to the Housing Needs Team, including data input / collation, and assisting with telephone and email queries.
We are looking for a hard-working, enthusiastic individual with excellent communication, organisational and IT skills, who is educated to GCSE level or equivalent with high standards of numeracy and accuracy. No experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
