We are currently seeking an enthusiastic ICT Service Desk Team Leader to join our busy IT team based in Lowestoft. You will be responsible for leading a committed and highly skilled team of staff who provide first line technical support for all ICT desktop technology, being the central point of contact for all users.
Duties will include managing the provision of the ICT Service Desk and being responsible for incident management, service requests, routine system adminstration and to provide and develop first line technical support services and procedures for all ICT desktop technology.
We are looking for someone with experience of managing and supervising staff, who has the knowledge of ICT Service Desk operation and delivery of first and second line operational ICT support services. You must have effective communication skills and the ability to problem solve. It is essential that you have had experience of providing technical support of mainstream ICT solutions and managing customers and third-party suppliers.
