As ICT Team Leader, your role will be to manage, support and develop the Port Health ICT Team, ensuring the team have the appropriate technical skills and resources. You will plan and manage the SCPHA ICT work programme as well as develop and implement a Port Health ICT Programme which supports delivery of strategic objectives through technical improvements and service transformation.
To become part of our dedicated Port Health ICT Team, you will need to be professional in approach and have a track record in managing and leading technical teams, ideally in the development of applications and delivery of ICT operation services. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the technical ability to plan, deliver and document all aspects of ICT activities and developments. You will have experience of directing, managing and motivating a team to produce positive results.
