One year training contract.

This role is based in our Melton office (near Woodbridge) but occasional travel to our Lowestoft office may be necessary from time to time.   

Apprenticeship start date: 11 September 2017.

This exciting apprenticeship opportunity will involve providing administrative support to the Coastal Partnership East Team. Coastal Partnership East is a partnership of four local authorities, Great Yarmouth Borough, North Norfolk District Council, Suffolk Coastal District Council and Waveney District Council, delivering a resilient and comprehensive coastal management service. This apprenticeship opportunity could be your ideal first step on the career ladder in the Coastal Management field.

Your administrative responsibilities will include photocopying, filing, scanning, answering the telephone and arranging meetings and travel arrangements for the team. You will also be responsible for updating the partnership website, and assisting in the preparation and consultation of promotional materials.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the developing brand for the partnership and to help grow the partnerships involvement with social and digital media.

You will have a minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English and mathematics, with excellent communication and IT skills and high standards of accuracy. No experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
