We are recruiting for Health Visitors in our Health and Children’s Centre Teams in Haverhill.

Suffolk County Council (SCC) provides the 0-19 Healthy Child Service for Suffolk, which incorporates School Nursing, Health and Children's Centres, Family Nurse Partnership and the Health Business Centre. SCC is a leader in integrated working and our Health & Children’s Centre teams consist of Health Visitors, Community Staff Nurses and Healthy Child Practitioners which deliver the Healthy Child Programme and the Children’s Centre Framework.
This is a high-quality service that promotes excellent outcomes for children and families from the antenatal period to the age of 5 years using prevention and early intervention strategies.

*whilst working within the Haverhill team. Salary will revert to a lower pay scale when moving from Haverhill to another team within the service.
