Do you think you have what it takes to make positive change?
We are looking for a reliable, motivated person to effectively liaise with our network of over 40 landlords and support the housing team to ensure we are providing high quality services to both our landlords and tenants across our range of properties.
You will work together with the Service Co-ordinator to prioritise and schedule maintenance tasks to best meet the needs of the service and will proactively carry out checks to ensure health and safety compliance in line with government legislation.
You will have the necessary empathy and people skills to engage with tenants and work with those who wish to involve themselves with maintenance work, helping them to build their own skills.
Support and opportunities for personal development will be provided.
Access to transport is essential as this position will involve travel across the county.
*Plus 6% pension contribution.
