Fixed term/secondment for 12 months (project).

We are looking to recruit a Project Officer to help us improve our online information offer.

You’ll understand the important role that information about local services has in enabling people to live well, and be committed to improving its quality and reach.

You will be assisting with the re-procurement of our current Directory of Services platform (Infolink), working with colleagues to review and update our data to make sure that our information is accurate and easy to use, as well as providing more general support to the Project Lead.

This role is an exciting new opportunity to learn more about the project process, and you’ll be supported to get involved in all aspects, from procurement through to delivery.

We’re looking for someone who is organised and methodical, with excellent attention to detail and good communication skills. You will be working with large volumes of data and will need to develop expert knowledge of the current Directory of Services platform and any future replacement platform, so confidence using IT systems and/or databases is essential.

For an informal discussion only please contact Jemima Monteith-Thomas on (01473) 260471 or email: jemima.monteith-thomas@suffolk.gov.uk
