Based at the Castle Hill Community Centre, Ipswich or the Lowestoft Learning Centre, Lowestoft.

We are looking for an administrator with an eye for detail, who enjoys planning and organising courses with our teaching staff and external partners.

Your day-to-day role will be entirely focused around supporting adults in Suffolk to succeed in their learning by auditing and checking documentation, creating courses and ensuring tutors have the right information about their learners, all while you support the running of our learning centres.

You will love talking to colleagues and learners on the phone, have very strong Microsoft Excel skills, be confident in adapting and creating course promotional materials using Microsoft Word and Publisher and generally be confident using websites and other types of technology. All our staff have a passion for learning and the impact it has on people's lives.

* rising to £16,000 upon successful completion of probation period.
