Lecturer in Information Technology (IT)

35 hpw. Up to 23 hpw teaching and 12 hpw preparation and other duties.

This post is based at the main college campus site in Ipswich however, this is a multi-campus college and you may be required to travel across campuses.

An opportunity has arisen for a committed professional to join our existing team to teach ICT. We require someone with proven expertise of computer networking, software development and knowledge of a wide range of application software. Experience in computer and network security would be an advantage.

You should have a degree in a related area (or an equivalent professional qualification) or relevant industry experience, and a teaching qualification or a commitment to obtaining one within a specified time after commencement. IT professional qualifications are also desirable.
