This exciting apprenticeship opportunity will involve providing administrative support to the Legal Services Team. You will be responsible for carrying out general legal administrative duties such as handling telephone calls, filing, scanning, raising, paying invoices and typing documents.
You will assist the Practice Development Assistant in maintaining and developing the electronic case management system, running time recording and management information reports and maintaining legal electronic templates and precedents. You will also have the opportunity to assist / shadow lawyers in Court and at committee meetings.
This apprenticeship opportunity could be your ideal first step on the career ladder in the Legal field.
You will have a minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English and mathematics, with excellent communication and IT skills and high standards of accuracy. No experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
This role can be based in our Melton (near Woodbridge) or Lowestoft offices, dependent on your preference. Please indicate your preference on your application form.
