Based in Melton, Woodbridge or Lowestoft, although there will be the requirement for a presence in both offices and there will be a need to work from the other office at least once a week. Travel expenses can be claimed for travel between the two offices.

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Practice Development Assistant to join our Legal Services Team to provide administrative support and be the 'super user' for the legal team's case management system.

Your responsibilities will include setting up, maintaining and developing the electronic legal case management system, assisting with the preparation of contracts, court bundles and committee reports and attending meetings and court with the teams lawyers to assist and take notes. You will also be required to carry out general administrative duties such as handling telephone calls, filing, scanning, raising and paying invoices and typing documents.

Previous administrative experience and excellent IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft office will be essential to this role. You will also need excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, as well as clear and concise written and oral communication skills.
