Required from January 2020 (negotiable).

Based at Endeavour House, although you will be working at various locations across Suffolk.

You will join the team and be at the forefront of managing change through your work with school leaders. Your role will involve working with school leaders at a strategic level providing support and challenge through high quality dialogue based on skilled interpretation of a range of information.

You will support school leaders to make the right choices about effective ways of working and managing resources or projects to achieve the best possible outcomes for children, young people and their families in Suffolk.

In this role, you will be supported with regular 1:1 meetings and supervision and locality team meetings, along with continuing professional development opportunities. 

You will be required to travel frequently in rural areas across Suffolk, so you must hold a full valid driving licence and have access to personal transport.
