The successful candidate will be expected to have a track record of applying high level and comprehensive knowledge of legislation, guidance, national policy frameworks and current developments in passenger transport to lead and direct ambitious and compelling strategic business plans as well as significant experience and demonstrable evidence of producing accurate and reliable budget forecasts to support a financially sustainable, high quality service delivering objectives within tight timescales.
