Service Development and Contracts Team.

Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism Service, Adult and Community Service (ACS).

This role will see you support the Learning Disability and Autism transformation programme and ensure that we provide the highest quality support services for people in Suffolk.

Your role

You will be responsible for service development and contract management of a range of contracts for services for people with a learning disability and/ or autism including supported housing and community provision. You will work in partnership with locality-based social work teams and lead on specific pieces of work/ projects to help us shape the way we commission services in the future.

The varied nature of the role means there is lots of opportunity for you to use your individual skills and experience and build your professional network as well as personal learning and development. Whilst specifically focussing on services for people with Mental Health issues, Learning disabilities and/or Autism you will also be part of the wider ACS service development and contracts teams and collaborate on pieces of work to support the provision of care to a wider customer group.

The Team

The team have a county wide remit and all roles include a mixture of service development, contract management, and close partnership working with Social work teams and service providers.

We also have a newly appointed Provider Workforce Development Manager and Digital Advisor in our team.
