Service Development and Contracts Team, Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism Service, Adult and Community Service (ACS).

Join our team and support the Learning Disability and Autism Transformation Programme that will ensure we provide the highest quality support services for people in Suffolk.

You will be involved all aspects of contract management, working closely with social work teams and providers to ensure they are delivering quality services to meet people’s needs within a particular locality. You will also work in partnership to shape services to meet changing customer demand and use data to influence your approach.

This role involves all aspects of contract management for services provided for people with mental health issues under the Pooled Fund, including supported housing and community outreach support.

You will work closely with providers across the county and with a range of partners to ensure that services are supporting people to achieve positive outcomes. As part of the LDMH contracts team, you will influence the future development and future procurement of these services.

The team has a countywide remit and all of the roles include a mixture of contract management, service development and close partnership working with social work teams and service providers. We also have a newly appointed Provider Workforce Development Manager and Digital Advisor in our team.
