18 hpw, 6 hours per day, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

We are looking for an outstanding and enthusiastic colleague to join our forward-thinking school. This is an opportunity for an excellent practitioner to join us in a crucial role which supports the development of some of our more vulnerable pupils and their families. We can offer a friendly and supportive environment with opportunities for you to develop your career.

The role will encompass many aspects of working with our families, but primarily it will focus on developing positive, respectful and responsive relationships with parents / carers and external partners to enable children and young people to enjoy and achieve to be the best that they can be.

Some work in strengthening links with our community will also be involved.
