Required from September 2019.
We are looking to appoint staff to join our team of Cover Supervisors.
You will support our teaching staff by providing classroom cover, implementing set work, monitoring students and reporting on progress during short term teacher absence.
Other duties may include examination supervision and administrative / technical support.
For those wishing to follow a route into teacher training we will be willing to support you every step of the way, including working with your chosen training provider for ITT.
Alternatively, if you are looking for a longer-term support role, we can offer ongoing CPD opportunities and the potential to develop yourself within the wider school network.
For all staff, we offer a collaborative working environment and excellent management support.
We are looking for committed, enthusiastic applicants with good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience of working with young people aged 11+ is desirable but not essential, as is a good degree.
The ability to be flexible, to use initiative and work effectively under pressure will be your main characteristics.
