We are seeking an SEMH Learning Support Assistant to support our BTEC and A level students. The aim of this new role is to provide individual and small group support sessions to mitigate the impact of the pandemic upon our students. The postholder will develop a holistic approach to meeting Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, which enables students to make good progress within their subjects.

Experience of working with young people with SEMH issues and/or challenging behaviour would be advantageous.
