This is an exciting opportunity to join the Demand Management Programme (DMP) team in the West to support the DMP which is focused on supporting people get the right service at the right time with the right impact to achieve the best outcomes for the people we support.
Your role will see you work as part of the DMP team alongside the Integrated Neighbourhood teams, allocations lead as well as the Business, Finance and Service Development and Contracts teams and wider partners, putting you in an ideal position to develop, build and help embed the DMP.
In this role you will:
- play a key role within the West DMP team
- undertake reviews aligned with the identified work streams in the Demand Management Programme for west Suffolk.
- identify trends and themes within data collection and practice culture
- work with the Business, Finance and Service Development and Contracts team on tracking and evaluating the findings of the targeted review work
- regularly report and present to DMP team on progress made within demand management.
This role offers you the opportunity to join a professional and enthusiastic team ensuring the provision of valued quality services to vulnerable adults across Suffolk.
Knowledge of the public sector and adult social care is not essential if you have the right skills and expertise.
