We are seeking a Senior Rehabilitation Worker to join the Sensing Change team. This is a professional team providing social work, rehabilitation and support to people with sight and hearing loss.

You will professionally support and develop a team of qualified Rehabilitation Workers. This is a role that allows you to try innovative and creative approaches to achieving best outcomes, both for staff and customers.

Working within a specialist qualified and highly professional workforce, your skills will be encouraged, nurtured and developed.

This organisation positively encourages the use of technology to communicate and engage, but in this role you will need to operate across a wide and rural area, so you must either hold a full and current driving licence and have access to personal transport or meet the mobility requirements of the role through other reasonable and suitable means.
