Are you adaptable, flexible, and caring towards others?
Do you want to make a real difference to someone's life?
Would you like a job where each day brings a new challenge?
If so then a career in adult social care is for you!
We want dedicated individuals to join our team and work with adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
Being a support worker means you are integral to someone's day-to-day life but you are there to make sure the people we care for can live independently.
Whilst on shifts you may assist with:
- Personal Care
- Household chores
- Meal Preparation
- Leisure Activities
- Social Inclusion
- Maintaining health and wellbeing.
Experience is desirable but not essential; we provide a full induction and training programme to ensure you have all the skills available to provide the highest standard of independent care.
You will complete shadow shifts before working with the people we support, for those who have not worked in the industry before we will assist you in gaining your care certificate.
Be the difference, change lives.
