We are seeking someone passionate in helping people with mental health issues with their recovery journey and steps towards independence, using the strengths approach and recovery model.
An opportunity has arisen for a Waking Night Support Worker to join the team working 35 hours per week on average, undertaking 10 hour night shifts on a fixed rota. There is a £15 enhancement for every night shift worked on top of the basic salary. The role will require you to work independently and as part of a supportive team in a 24hr supported housing service, as well as working collaboratively with service users and partner agencies in the community. You will need to be motivated, resilient, have a good grasp of basic IT literacy and be committed to delivering top quality services.
