The Deputy Headship of Poplars Primary School is an exciting and rare opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious leader, looking to extend their experience of senior leadership in a rewarding environment and within a very supportive multi-academy trust. Poplars Primary School is part of a close-knit community with supportive parents and staff and wonderful children.
This role is essentially a non-teaching post but you will be required to demonstrate high-quality teaching in a mentoring and coaching role.
As a member of the senior leadership team you will provide support to the Headteacher in the performance of their duties by assisting and where necessary deputising in the leadership and management of the school. In addition, you will support the management and development of the school curriculum and teaching and learning provision, in order to promote improved educational outcomes for the children.
