Are you an ambitious and experienced Early Years / KS1 Teacher looking for the next step in your career?
We are looking to appoint an EYFS and KS1 Phase Leader.
This is a management position which consists of 2.5 days class teaching and 2.5 days dedicated management time to lead EYFS and KS1. You will be part of the Senior Leadership Team and will be responsible for curriculum design in EYFS and management of the team across both phases and assessment.
You will be a confident individual with a clear passion for teaching; someone who is a leader with the ability to inspire others; has a proven track record for delivering 'Good / Outstanding' lessons within early years and KS1 and will have a clear understanding of EYFS assessment and experience of moderation within KS1. Elm Tree follows RWI phonics so experience of this phonics programme is desirable.
Our EYFS provision has recently been refurbished, with new outdoor learning spaces created.
