We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of Geography to join our hardworking, highly experienced and supportive Geography Department and Humanities Faculty.

You will have the potential to develop into an outstanding teacher. We are ideally looking for a Geography graduate with the potential to teach at all key stages, although we are happy to provide training to support you to develop in the areas that you may not currently have experience in. We are delighted and proud of what our students achieve in Geography. Results have been excellent, and consistently above the national average in recent years at GCSE and A level. The role would be ideal for a NQT or experienced teacher.

Bungay High School Academy is a thriving and successful school situated in a pleasant rural area. We are 20 miles from Norwich and 15 miles from the delightful heritage coast. We have fantastic students, great staff and a commitment to success for all. We have an excellent CPD programme and are committed to staff development.

An application form and further details are available from Jayne Capps-Jenner, Headteacher’s PA:  (01986) 891642 or email: jcappsjenner@bungayhigh.co.uk or alternatively on our website: www.bungayhigh.co.uk, where the application form and other information can be downloaded.

You are welcome to call and speak to the Deputy Headteacher, Sophie Myers, or the Headteacher. Please use the contact details above to make arrangements. Please address your covering letter of interest to Mr Angelo Goduti, Headteacher.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and we expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.  A DBS check will be required for this post.
