Copleston High School is a popular 11-18 mixed comprehensive noted for its caring and disciplined atmosphere. It was judged as a ‘good school‘ by Ofsted in January 2018. As a school we are committed to raising standards of learning and teaching within all subject areas. You will be impressed by the behaviour, ethos and outcomes of students across the school.

As a member of a successful department, you will teach Mathematics at KS3 and 4.  An interest in developing your teaching at A Level would also be an advantage. You will have high standards and be committed to meeting the needs of all students. We currently have 3 AS classes and 3 A2 classes and offer Further Mathematics at AS and A2 Level. We teach the OCR GCSE and Edexcel A Level Course.

Applications are welcome from both experienced teachers who are looking to broaden their experience or return to work, or from newly qualified teachers who can complement and enhance the department.

We offer an excellent induction programme to all colleagues who join us.

For informal discussion please contact Dan Lynch: dlynch@copleston.suffolk.sch.uk
