The Special Educational Needs and Academies Trust (SENDAT) is a Multi Academy Trust whose provisions support a range of needs including Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health and Behavioural (SEMH) needs.
Our core aim is to provide for the continuum of special needs across the Eastern region.
All SENDAT schools and alternate provisions have Trauma Informed practices embedded across the curriculum and SENDAT staff colleagues are given training and support to develop and use these skills in their day-to-day working.
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an outstanding and inspirational teacher to join the Educational Management Team (EMT) at Priory School in the role of Assistant Headteacher / Head of KS1/2.
You will provide educational leadership and management of KS1/2 and more widely, support the Senior Leadership Team in the day-to-day running of the school.
As part of the SENDAT, we offer:
- employee benefits including pensions, healthcare cash plan and cycle2work scheme
- a wide range of professional development opportunities
- a supportive working environment.
